The production process
Traceability of materials
All materials used are traceable in accordance with ISO EN 1090 for execution classes EXC2 and EXC3, for which the company is certified. Management is traceable throughout the entire supply chain.
Welding processes
The structures are manufactured using welding processes carried out exclusively by personnel qualified in accordance with international standard ISO 9606-1.
Non-destructive testing (NDT)
Each structure undergoes thorough testing. Critical welds are tested with penetrating liquids, in accordance with non-destructive testing procedures.
Professional painting
Surface treatment in accordance with ISO EN 8501-1 and ISO EN 12944-5 standards. The structures are protected with anti-corrosive paint in class: C3 (moderately aggressive indoor/outdoor environments), C4 / C5I / C5M (highly corrosive industrial and marine environments).
Enclosure leak tests
The structures are subjected to IPX3 and IPX5 testing in accordance with the IEC 60529 standard, in order to verify their water and dust resistance and ensure an adequate level of protection even in harsh environmental conditions.
Load tests
The structures undergo load and lifting tests to verify their strength and safety during all phases of use and transport. For products intended for maritime transport, CSC certification is also required from the competent authorities.
